On-site visit time is included in each package's total hours. Travel time, mileage, parking and tolls are billed separately with your prior approval. Additional approved hours are $85/hour. Third-party vendor costs and purchases are not included. CORDINEL coordinates services but does not perform moving, packing, repairs, inspections, or property management. Introductory pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.

Remote coordination is available anywhere in the US. Scheduled on-site coordination is available by arrangement across Central Maryland and the Washington, DC metropolitan area, subject to scheduling, travel, and the scope of the engagement.
